Assess Landfills Using Drones (Lunch & Learn in Chiliwak city hall)

Geomount Inc. had the honour of holding a lunch and learn for City of Chilliwack in City Hall. The event was a huge success, and we had the pleasure of meeting some of the city’s most talented professionals.

During the lunch and learn, we covered Geomount’s geospatial and geomatic services and how they may be used to assess and monitor ( gas & water bodies), beside mapping land on landfills. We addressed how drones can be utilised to swiftly and accurately collect data from these locations, as well as how Geomount’s services can provide deep insights into the state of these sites.

The professionals at the City of Chilliwack were incredibly engaged throughout the event, and we were delighted to have the opportunity to share our knowledge and expertise with them. We look forward to continuing to work with the City of Chilliwack and providing our services to help them better manage their landfills.
